1. Parties and scope
Store: rawnak, available at https://rawnak.org and [email protected]. Buyer details are the name, contact information, and delivery information entered at checkout.
This agreement covers the products and order totals shown in the checkout summary accepted by the buyer. The pre-contract information, product page, invoice, and order confirmation are integral parts of the transaction.
2. Formation and payment
The buyer confirms the order by using a button that clearly states that the order creates a payment obligation and by accepting the pre-contract information and this agreement.
Prices include applicable taxes unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Delivery charges and other permitted costs are shown before confirmation.
Payment may be processed by Shopier, Fourthwall, ikas, a bank, or another provider identified at checkout. Provider terms apply to payment processing, but do not remove mandatory rights against the contractual seller.
3. Delivery and performance
Delivery is made to the address selected by the buyer within the estimate shown at checkout and, unless otherwise agreed, within the statutory maximum period.
Risk passes according to mandatory consumer law. A visibly damaged parcel should be documented with the carrier where practical, but failure to obtain a carrier report does not automatically remove statutory rights.
4. Withdrawal, returns, and refunds
For eligible goods, the buyer may notify withdrawal within fourteen days beginning on the legally applicable date. The buyer must return the goods within the applicable return period after giving notice.
The seller refunds eligible payments through the original payment method within the statutory period. The seller may use rights expressly permitted by law regarding receipt of the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
No clause in this agreement excludes liability for defective goods or any remedy that cannot legally be waived.
5. Records, complaints, and disputes
Order records and accepted contract texts are retained for the period required by applicable ecommerce, tax, accounting, and consumer law and are supplied on a durable medium where required.
Complaints may be sent to [email protected]. Consumers retain the right to apply to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and other authorized bodies.
